Yoga, Sound & Social

Sunday 16th August

At Tanglewood Retreat, Waimauku

We are so sad to unexpectedly see Arachai leave to Europe, and so this YSS won't be the same without him!

We have decided to still run this, but have pushed it back to the 16th August.

There will be a little less sound, but we are so excited to see you all and share Yoga, yummy kai and all the goodness.

Join us for a nourishing afternoon of Yoga, Song, Plant-based goodness and community, at Tanglewood Retreat.

Yoga, Sound & Social is all about coming together as a community, on and off the mat.

We are keeping this event KOHA, as we don't want these gatherings to be restricted by money, so we roll on a pay as you can/ as you feel basis!

(Recommended donation is $20/$30)

What to expect...

The session begins with our practice. A dynamic Vinyasa Flow to build a little fire and feel the heat, before slowing down, tuning in and softening into relaxation.

Serenaded by hangpan, dijeredo, heartbeat percussion, singing bowls and mantra, we explore Yang and Yin, through Pranayama (breath work), Meditation and Asana (poses).

Following this, we gather to share a community Pot-luck dinner, and musical jams for anyone keen to get involved!

As many of our community are vegans, we ask that you bring a plant-based dish to share!

We have very limited space, and so bookings are essential.
Please send me a message to secure your space.

What to bring:

-A plant-based dish / anything else you wish to share
-Yoga mat
-Any instruments for a jam
-Koha (donation)
-Your beautiful good vibes!

Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions what so ever!

We can't wait to gather, connect and share with you all again! x

“I really loved the workshops I’ve done with Daisy. She really knows how to touch your soul and make it a beautiful experience! Would totally recommend going to any workshops or classes she puts on!"

-Nicola O'brien

Daisy Jane's teaches with such enthusiasm and passion.

She truly wants to take her students beyond the mat and share a deeper understanding of this practice.
