Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self
- The Bhagavad Gita

Yoga teacher, explorer and forever student,

my intention is to cultivate more connection through Yoga.

They say that Yoga does not just change the way we see things, but it transforms the person who sees. As cliche as it sounds, Yoga truly has changed my life.

My journey has been one of self-enquiry and self-discovery

A coming home and befriending of my own body and mind.

Every day is a practice of remembering and honouring, who am I and this path I am on.

There is an innate wisdom that lives within our cells, all we need to do is learn how to listen.

I hope to plant the seeds of curiosity for you to immerse yourselves in these teachings, and experience Yoga not only as a practice, but as a way of life.

My Journey

Growing up on a small sailing boat and the magical island of Ibiza, Daisy Jane always dreamed of travelling the world, learning and sharing with different cultures, places and people.

The journey into Yoga began for Daisy when she left home and began to travel. Yoga became her way of feeling grounded as she moved from place to place. The practice became the constant as everything else shifted.

Living on the ocean and sailing around the Pacific, there was little access to Yoga classes, and so Daisy found herself creating her own daily rituals which involved simple meditation, pranayama and a handful of asanas.

The more she practiced, the more enchanted she became, and the more it fuelled her desire to study Yoga.

Her first calling to teach came in Bali 2015.  Whilst managing an Eco Lodge in the mountains of Sarinbuana, Daisy began sharing her daily practice and running classes for visitors and locals at the lodge.

It wasn’t long before she was back, completing her 200hr YTT with Jolie Manza and Phoebe Waters, of YogaKoh, in 2016. Daisy has been teaching ever since, and continuing her education and exploration into the limbs of Yoga.

Over the years, New Zealand became a home and base. Daisy opened up a community Yoga studio in the Bay of Islands, and ran regular classes, workshops, retreats and events (such as Yoga sound journeys) across New Zealand.

Daisy is also part of the Yogakoh teaching community, assistant teaching on 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings.

As a new chapter unfolds, Daisy is back where the journey began, to her home island of Ibiza. She could not be more excited and honoured to continue share, learn, grow and connect with this wonderful community.

I passionate about understanding the interconnectedness between body, breath, brain and mind,

and how we can connect back to our innate ability to move and live with freedom.

My classes are a place where vulnerability is welcome, where you are invited to explore your body, breath and inner landscapes without judgment.

I believe in movement and breath as medicine, and I love to welcome creativity, curiosity and play into my practice.
