If you are looking to fast track your progress or rehabilitation, private classes are a great way to go. Every body is completely unique, each with its own story to tell.1:1 sessions are so beneficial because we are focusing entirely on yours, and what it is you need. Whether you are recovering from an injury, wanting to de-stress, or to make it into a headstand, these sessions are ideal.
Whether you are a group of friends looking for regular sessions together, special classes for celebrations - weddings, birthdays, hens dos, or a group wanting to practice on your holiday in Ibiza. I can provide mats and equipment for groups of all sizes, and practice in the comfort of your home, or organise another venue.
It is always such a joy to work with retreat facilitators.
Each retreat has its own unique focus and intention. I love to adapt and create practices that weave together the themes of the retreat, allowing space for integration and bringing in what the group needs. A wonderful way to start of finish a day, coming back to the body, breath and presence in mindful movement.
