Welcome.
I am grateful you have found your way here.
My name is Daisy Jane, and I am on a journey of self-enquiry through the body, the heart and the mind through movement, breath and mindfulness.
I invite you to join me on this path of Yoga, embodiment and flow.
I am here to help guide you home to your body.
It’s an honour to support you on this journey.
more about my journey
Awareness is the greatest agent for change.
- Eckhart Tolle
I am passionate about sharing my love of mindful and embodied movement.
My teaching is an ever-evolving, raw and true expression of my own practice, learnings and exploration of Yoga, movement and life itself.
Drawing from eastern philosophy, modern movement culture and science; my classes focus on creating containers for self-enquiry and self-understanding.
Cultivating curiosity, presence, strength and fluidity.
Over the years, I have developed a style of practice and teaching I now call Mindful Flow.
Mindful
Mindfulness brings us vividly into the present moment.

Being intentionally aware and awake to each moment - fully engaged in the present experience. Experiencing things exactly as they are, without expectation.
Flow
We experience the feeling of ‘flow’ when we find a sense of fluidity between body and mind, where we are fully absorbed and focused on the present, beyond the point of distraction.
We find it when we are challenged, and yet not to the point of overwhelm.
When the task at hand requires just the right balance of challenge and ease, strength and surrender, stability and agility, fluidity.
mindful flow yoga
Evidence based movement, breath and mindfulness practices, grounded in ancient wisdom.

These classes are generally 60, 75 or 90 minute sessions, which incorporate grounding mindfulness meditation, breath awareness and depending on the session, build into either a gentle or more dynamic, strength based flow.

As a facilitator / teacher of Yoga, I want to give you agency over your own body. I want to create a container for self-enquiry and self-understanding. My intention is not just to tell you how you must move, or what you should feel.
I don’t want to just guide you through a set of postures.

I want to hold a space where you can explore for yourself.
I want to provide you with the tools so you, yourself, can find more freedom in your own bodies and mind.

This class is focused on exploration, investigation and play. Building full body strength, coordination, mobility and resilience.
An off the mat and out of the (yoga) box practice.
The intention is to cultivate curiosity, and expand our movement vocabulary by exploring in many different ways, shapes and forms
We practice to cultivate agility and strength, balance and coordination, problem solving and creativity, fluidity and control.
